Gazelles
The Gazelles (Analytical) bring the strengths of logic, rationality, and objectivity
in identifying solutions to problems. They tend to have difficulty with the Zebra’s tendency of “fire-aim-ready” approaches to problems, as
well as feelings and emotion-driven actions of the Caribou.
They
- excel at risk analysis
- maintain objectivity (without emotions)
- analyze ideas, programs, approaches, etc.
- bring rationality to emotional, feelings-driven propositions
- are Systems-Oriented
Their fatal flaws include
- being compulsive about data/information
- indecisive
- paralysis by analysis
