Gazelles

The Gazelles (Analytical) bring the strengths of logic, rationality, and objectivity in identifying solutions to problems. They tend to have difficulty with the Zebra’s tendency of “fire-aim-ready” approaches to problems, as well as feelings and emotion-driven actions of the Caribou.

They

  • excel at risk analysis
  • maintain objectivity (without emotions)
  • analyze ideas, programs, approaches, etc.
  • bring rationality to emotional, feelings-driven propositions
  • are Systems-Oriented
Their fatal flaws include
  • being compulsive about data/information
  • indecisive
  • paralysis by analysis
